heavy duty export standard creasing and die cutting machine

Usage: 
ML-930X ML-1100X high configuration heavy duty vertical die cutting machine is special designed for die cutting and creasing various thick paperboard, thick corrugated board, honeycomb board and thick plastic sheet (like PVC, PP). Compare to the ordinary model, the body of ML-X is made of thicker and higher strength casting iron(HT250) and the connecting rod is strengthened, so it has bigger pressure.
According to the customer’s different requirements, it can be equipped with infrared control device, CE safety guard device, heating plate (for die cutting plastic sheet), pneumatic clutch or frequency convertor (speed adjustment).
Configuration features:
1. Strengthened connecting rod, the machine body is thicker (HT250).
 
2. BIJUR DELIMON automatic centralized lubrication pump system with copper pipe.
 
3. Control panel, with functions of single pressing & cutting, continuous pressing & cutting and open time-delay, time delay range is adjustable.
